A weekly newsletter that explores practical topics in psychology and offers tips that enhance mental health and well-being. The content of this newsletter focuses on building personal strengths and fostering resilience using evidence-based research and my experience as a clinical psychologist.  As a bonus, I occasionally throw in a little wit and humor (or attempt to) to help make psychology approachable.
